பெற்றே தீர்வோம்.

payment:- The joint meeting of PLI committee took place today with Shri
Shamim Akhtar, PGM(SR) in Chair, GM(Restg), GM(Pers) also attended. Com.
Islam Ahmad, Leader Staff Side in NC and NFTE nominee alone attended the
meeting. Secy, Staff side has not attended on the plea that one month notice
is required for the meeting. The official side proposed about amount of PLI
for year 2014-15. The leader staff side stated that the quantum of money
is too meager but we are not rejecting the proposal. The committee will now
place its report to the competent authority for decision. NFTE is keen to see
that the right of the workers is restored.

நிர்வாகத்தரப்பில் குறைவான தொகை போனசாக முன் வைக்கப்பட்டது. போனஸ் தொகையின்
அளவு நமக்கு ஏற்புடையதாக இல்லாவிட்டாலும் நமது உரிமையான போனசை
நாம் போராடிப்பெற்ற போனசை நாம் ஆண்டாண்டு காலம் பெற்ற போனசை..நிர்வாகம் மறுக்கவே இயலாது என்றும்...ஊழியர்களுக்கு கொடுத்தே தீர வேண்டும் என்றும்..உணர்வோடு..உறுதியோடு... தனது வாதத்தை தோழர்.இஸ்லாம் முன் வைத்தார்.
நாம் போராடிப்பெற்ற போனசை நாம் ஆண்டாண்டு காலம் பெற்ற போனசை..நிர்வாகம் மறுக்கவே இயலாது என்றும்...ஊழியர்களுக்கு கொடுத்தே தீர வேண்டும் என்றும்..உணர்வோடு..உறுதியோடு... தனது வாதத்தை தோழர்.இஸ்லாம் முன் வைத்தார்.
